Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases on AI Rap Video at airapvideo.one. AI Rap Video sells one-time credit packs priced in US dollars. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

What you buy

• Single video pack: $9 = 400 credits = 1 AI rap video (15 seconds, 720p, vertical 9:16).
• Credits are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed and do not expire.

Failed generations do not consume credits

Credits for a video are reserved when you start it. If the video fails to render or the AI provider rejects it, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically. You are only charged for videos that render successfully.

Refunds for unused credits

If you have not used the credits from a purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase. Email support@airapvideo.one from the email address on your account and include your order date or order ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Credits that have already been used for a successfully rendered video are not refundable, except where required by law.

Problems with a finished video

If a video rendered but is clearly broken (for example, no audio or a frozen picture), email support@airapvideo.one with the video ID within 7 days. We will review it and either return the credits or refund the purchase.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We usually resolve refund requests within 2 business days.
